Provide us with a description of your boat along with pictures. Let us know what type of condition the boat is in and the amount you want for it. From there, we can make you an offer and if it is acceptable to you then we’ll write you a check on the spot!

CONSIGNMENT SALES

When you consign your boat with J&K Marine all efforts and responsibility to transfer the title, licensing and other details are handled by our team. To cover the cost of inspection, paperwork, detailing and marketing we charge consignment customers a non-refundable fee of $800. When your boat sells, we retain 10%-20% depending on the price category your boat falls under, with a minimum of $1000. If the selling price is under $15,000 we retain 20%, $15,000- $30,000 we retain 15%, over $30,000. we retain 10%.

• If we find repairs are necessary during the 25-point trade check the owner will incur those expenses if they want to follow through with the consignment.
• We will need to know when you last replaced the impeller.
• If your boat carries over into the off season you may continue the consignment; however, the cost of winterizing the boat is the owner’s responsibility.
• We will keep the consigned boats outdoors in our lot over the winter.  If the consigner prefers indoor storage the cost of indoor storage is charged to the consigner.
