MARINE TECHNICIAN/RIGGER

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Marine Technician/Rigger to join our team.  As a marine technician, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining, repairing and servicing boats and watercraft.

Responsibilities: 

Strong mechanical and technical skills.  Diagnose and repair marine engines, electrical systems and other mechanical components.

Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, filter replacements and hull inspections.

Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with boats and marine equipment.

Install accessories, electronics and navigation equipment.

Problem-solving and critical thinking to identify and resolve technical issues efficiently.

Communicate with boat owners to understand their service needs and provide excellent customer service.

Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

Prior experience as a marine technician is essential.

Possession of relevant certifications is preferred.

Ability to work meticulously and follow technical manuals.

Analyze complex issues and find effective solutions.

Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment.

Even temperament, works well with a team, strength, and physical fitness.
