Marina

  • What if it’s bad weather the day I have a rental reserved?Rain checks are available. We do not charge a cancellation fee in the case of bad weather.
  • May we take the boat to other lakes in the area?A minimum of a 3 day rental is required. You may call about limited delivery availablity.  There is a charge for delivery or customer pick up is free.
  • How many people can fit on your pontoons?Up to 12 people.
  • How can I rent a slip at the Marina for the summer?Please contact a marina manager, as availability is very limited.
  • How far in advance do I need to reserve the boat I want?It depends. Generally to reserve a weekend contact us 4-7 days in advance for weekdays 1-2 days in advance. Day of rentals may also be available. The month of July generally books out weeks or months in advance. You need to go online and reserve you rental.  Click on our Book Rental Now button at the top of the home page.
  • Is gas included?Gas is included on single day pontoon rentals otherwise gas is not included for any multi day rentals or rentals for the deckboats, waverunners and fishing boat. Fueling is available at the Marina.

Parts & Service

  • Is it ok to run ethanol enriched gas in my boat?We do not recommend running ethanol gas. Read more about this issue here.
  • What do you offer for off season storage?Indoor storage and shrink wrapping are both available. Please call your desired location for details.
  • What do you recommend to clean the vinyl seats in my boat?Best: mild dish soap & water. Avoid chemicals as they erode the UV protectant.
  • Is there a stain warranty available?Yes. Read more about our warranty.
  • How do I mix my oil and gas?Generally if you have a pre-mix make engine it’s 50 : 1 (1 pint of oil to 6 gallons of gas).
  • My boat won’t start. What should I try first?First: Check that your tether cord is fully connected and your control box is locked in to the neutral position. Verify that you don’t have a dead battery. Contact our service department for more help.
