We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer focused Boat Sales Professional to join our dynamic team.  As a boat salesperson, you’ll play a pivotal role in connecting boating enthusiasts with their dream vessels.

Responsibilities:

Sales Excellence:  Cultivate relationships with potential buyers, understand their needs and guide them through the boat selection process.

Product knowledge of different boat models, types, features and accessories.

Proactively seek out and follow up on leads, both online and through dealership events.

Skillful negotiate pricing and terms to close sales.

Provide exceptional service to clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the buying journey.

Accurately complete sales paperwork and maintain records.

Qualifications:

Candidate must have strong communication skills to connect with a diverse clientele, be a responsible employee and work well with a team, have a passion for boating and the water and be motivated to meet and exceed sales targets.

Must have valid driver’s license and prior sales experience is preferred.
